Walter de Winter, MA owner and director of Ancient Artifacts conducts a PhD research with the project title "Economic integration and interdependance in Middle and New Kingdom Nubia" at the well- known Humboldt University in Berlin.  

Mr. de Winter is thought of as an enthusiastic and efficient person with more than eight years’ experience as a curator, exhibitor and lecturer in the field of ancient artefacts, archaeology and Egyptology. He has a wide range of organisational, supervisory and data management skills.

An article of his research on the Late Bronze trade relations between Egypt and Canaan is published as

"The presence of Hathor in temples of Late Bronze Age Canaan: A testimony of cultural and trade relations between Egypt and the Levant." In: Bulletin of Parthian and Mixed Oriental Studies vol. II December 2006, editorials by Prof. Dr. C. de Vartavan, p. 39- 61.
